Citalopram side effects getting worse

Im technically on day ten of citalopram 20mg. I take my meds in the evening with my dinner to try and settle side effects. The first inital days where tough but i feel like my side effects are getting worse and im wondering if this is normal? i was on 10mg for 5 weeks then did this jump up. From day 8 to now my nausea literally hasnt stopped. Now im also having loose bowel movements. Please please reasure me that this can happen its just a natural part of the side effects? Its weird because i can go from feeling so sick to then suddenly starving but i still dont want to eat because im sick starving? does that make sense?

I really appreciate your response. im just wondering if its normal to feel worse as time goes on? i thought initially id feel terrible, not ten days in? totally respect your response and im really grateful. Sorry if i seem stupid its just alot to take on when starting SSRIs
