Sure, we all know this but it's still easy to forget on the posts.

I just read quite a mean reply to an op from a male and advanced searched them.
On another thread, they were discussing their husband and speaking as a woman.

Ugh I hear you op. Spent ages on a baby name thread trying to advise the op not to call their kid Nigel and it WAS A TROLL!

My problem is the opposite. In the few threads I have started I have told the truth 100%, and yet after 4 or 5 sensible responses, later posters always start accusing me of making it all up or posting merely for attention or a wind up.

It's got to the point where I have changed my name and no longer feel it's worth starting an AIBU or thread asking for opinions about anything at all.

Any nutter can start/reply to a thread on here. Just as you wouldn't believe everything you hear in real life you need to take things on here with a pinch of salt!
I usually type my reply then forget about it.

responses in the past, “something isn’t quite right/ doesn’t make sense” - from what I have told them. However, If I gave them the FULL picture , it WOULD make sense; be very outing. If you don’t believe, scroll on
