What the heck is human design?

I heard someone talk about this on the bus, but then they got off at the next stop so I'm none the wiser really. What is it though? Is it astrology or something?

I have never heard of it until reading this thread - but checked and Google throws up LOADS of sites.

Customer Journey mapping for customer experience is an example.

It’s another word for accessibility / user experience design but can include robotics too.

Wait my fault I thought you meant human centric design. Yes you’re right human design is just a bit of woo.
