I'm contracted to WFH, 37.5hrs a week. I was asked to go to an office 6hrs away to help their project and stay in a hotel for 3 nights. I assume that anything above the 37.5hrs is TOIL. A colleague suggested that since I travelled on a Sunday, this should be 2x TOIL, and when I worked later that 9pm, should be 1.5x TOIL- same rates as when we could claim overtime in the past. How is it calculated at your work?
