Hi there, my son is Year-deferred and has always played in his adopted year-group (1 year below).
this year there’s a portal for the dispensation form. It’s the last time we’ll need to apply as he’s upper 6th so 18.
trouble is, when they designed the portal they forgot to have a dispensation option for 18 year olds still playing in U17 so there is no “dispensation” option against his name when we log in. It’s a design flaw with the portal itself.
the nice help desk guy said “email equalities” but they send a standard reply saying “we will only read messages about dispensation if sent via the portal”
anyone else in this position? Could coach maybe reach a human being at FA?
