Selling bridesmaid dress

I’ve been a bridesmaids several times recently and the dresses are now taking up space in my wardrobe.

The brides haven’t asked for them back so I was thinking about putting them on Vinted but is they really cheeky of me ?

I never asked any of my bridesmaids dresses back after my wedding and have no idea what they did with them after (my SIL probably burnt hers but that’s a different story 😂)

If they were gifts it shouldn't be a problem.

I told my bridesmaids to do whatever they liked with them afterwards (we paid for them) - told them charity shop, sell, pass on, keep, whatever.

I’ve never heard of anyone asking for dresses back so if they’ve never asked then move them on.

I paid for my bridesmaids’ dresses but as far as I was concerned they were theirs to do with as they wished after the wedding. I know they both wore them to other weddings as guests as they weren’t too overtly ‘bridesmaidy’.

I suppose the only reason to mention it to the bride or your fellow bridesmaids would be if you all wanted to sell them as you might find someone who wants to kit out their own wedding party.
