No idea where to put this question!
TFL are proving difficult to get through by phone and I can't find the answer online. My daughter has so 16-18 Oyster card which expires on Sept 30. So she ordered a 18+ card. Then a class mate at her Foundation course said as she's not uni yet but still in education she could just extend her existing oyster to still get free travel on buses. So she cancelled the non refundable 18+ card as you can't apply for both at the same time. But now there is no option for her to apply for an extension online! She know she needs a verification form that her college has to sign. She is on call back with TfL but is in college so may not be able to answer it. She's stressed as now she has cancelled the other card and will have to start paying full fares next week if she can't get it sorted asap! Does anyone know the link for this extension? I see in the T&Cs it's possible to get a years extension but only see applications for 18+ card (which is all she sees too).
