Bought a bag online which shows the hardware as gold. Needed gold specifically to go with a strap I already have. The bag arrived today and the hardware is silver. No mention of this on the website.
I have asked to return it at no extra cost to me but I'm not wondering if I should be asking for the postage I paid for it to be sent to me to be refunded as well. I'd never have bought it if the picture showed it as silver.
