My child being kicked at school

Apparently there is a new game in my child’s class which involves two of the boys (who are generally kind boys) kicking other class mates in the back. My daughter got kicked by both boys yesterday on two separate occasions. She’s begging me not to say anything (aged 8), she isn’t upset by it, quite matter of fact and mentioned before bed last night her back hurt. Before I speak with the teacher would you see if it’s just a one off or would you go in straight from the off to hopefully nip it in the bud? Thank you.

I’d raise it with the class teacher straight away.

Of course you mention it

If your daughter doesn't want you to, you could avoid mentioning specific names and just tell the teacher about the game.

It sounds like a horrible "game" and I'd be telling teacher straight away.
