I'm after some advice - the NRP is self employed, they declare some income but certainly not all. The CMS are involved, payments stopped earlier this year. Switched to collect and pay via direct debit. Still no payment so I assume they have removed their money from the bank. I'm going to call again today but I was wondering if anybody had experience if the next steps. They have little in their name - previously bankrupt so doubt bailiffs will be of use. Would they suspend driving license when they need it for work? Suspending passport would make no impact. Thanks for any advice
