I am finally ready for a change…

I am early 30s. I weigh nearly 17 stone.
I am incredibly unhealthy and I don’t do any exercise.

Well, I’ve had enough. I’ve had enough of not being able to wear what I want, of covering up and wearing frumpy clothes. I’ve had enough of not going on dates or putting myself out there to try and find a boyfriend. I’ve had enough of generally just feeling like sh*t.

I am going to be doing calorie counting whilst at the same time attempting intermittent fasting. Rather than 16:8, I am going to start off with 15:9 and see how I get on. I hope this will help me stop binging crap at night which is probably my weakest point of the day.

I have ordered ready healthy meals from Lions Prep to kick start my weight loss. I will eat them for my dinner and then plan out my breakfasts and lunches. Any ideas for healthy ideas please send them my way.

I know it won’t be easy at the beginning. I know it will take time. I will need to wean myself off things like chocolate and sugar (I won’t cut out completely yet - I will just make sure it’s in my daily calorie allowance), stop drinking Diet Coke, start drinking water etc. But I really feel like I am throwing my life down the drain and not looking after myself with how I am currently eating, so I HAVE to do something.

Wish me luck!!!

If anyone has success stories then do please share them with me!

Good luck, but you’ve not mentioned what exercise you are going to do ?
I found stopping alcohol stopped the snacking with it. And protein powder is good for stopping the hunger.
