Is this a cold or something more?

I've been so poorly all week. Coughing, sore throat, streaming noise, sneezing the lot. I've also had sickness as well though which is making me think it could be something more. I'm coughing that much that I'm throwing up.

This is the 4th day now and I don't seem to be getting any better. I'm absolutely floored with it. I have had colds before but never this bad, to the point where I've not been able to work. I've done nothing but sleep and not any better for it. I've not had sickness with a cold (?) before either.

Anybody else experiencing this atm?

Rest, fluids, paracetamol, and just keep waiting for it to pass

@Tilllly I've never been this ill with a cold before. Normally I can just sort of get on with it, but this feels different. I feel like I've had the wind knocked out of me. Much worse than when I had covid

It could be flu or another strain of covid. Rest, keep an eye on heart rate / temp (if this doesn’t come down with drugs) and urine output.

Give it a few more days for sure, get something good on nextflix

My friend is recovering from covid and these are her symptoms (she tested positive last Friday)

Covid. Quite a few people I know who have had it have been vomiting.
