There are too many humans these days, yes?

I think everyone agrees with that! And plenty of endangered species who need a leg up, right? So I'm thinking, let's get a bunch of rapidly dwindling predators, like polar bears and things, and let them loose in areas that could do with a bit of 'thinning'.

Now I know what you're going to say! 'But hang on, how will the poor animals adapt to different climates from their natural habitats?' Yes, that's what's worrying you. Well I'm thinking humans supposedly came from Africa and they've adapted just fine to a wide range of biomes so I'm sure other critters can too!

It could really solve a whole lot of problems! I think statistics for anti-social behaviour would plummet. I mean who's going to be out after dark spraying graffiti, getting drunk and breaking into cars when there's a high likelihood a leopard will be lurking in the shadows? And if they do? Well, natural selection!

Think how much fitter the population will get too, with all the 'running away' - great exercise just built in to everyday life there. I'm also envisaging feeding the ducks becoming much more enriching for all concerned, what with having to be on constant alert for alligators, and 'I hear Mark from Head Office has just been eaten by a Sumatran tiger!' would be so much more interesting a topic of conversation than 'Looking a bit drizzly out there again...'.

I'm going to write to my MP to get the wheels in motion, and whip up an online petition, so let me know if you're keen to sign it!
