Do you ever get completely obsessed with a song?

Cos I do. Current obsession is little girl gone by Chinchillla. Its a bloody brilliant, hate anthem! Randomly came up on Spotify.

I used to but haven't in the past few years. It's a little concerning and I'm wondering whether it's that my brain is lazier after the lockdowns. There are far fewer people around and fewer events. Many of my friends left because of the pandemic. So I'm wondering if my brain is less active.

I listen to a lot of music while working at home.

All the bloody time. Sadly I don't have one at the moment, and I definitely feel the loss of having something to listen to on repeat.

However, my DC tell me there are certain songs they hate now due to my past obsessions!

Yes! I become convinced that it is The Best Song In The World Ever (until the next one). It doesn't happen that often, I love finding a new song that amazes.
