My brother is really struggling to know what to do about his son my nephew. He is 6 and since starting school has had behaviour problems. He runs out of the class, damages other children's work and it has progressively got worse that he is hitting and biting other kids and his teachers and throwing furniture at students and teachers. We are in the North West and the CAMHS waiting list is 3 years for a first appointment. What can my brother do? They are struggling so much as a family and in the middle of it is a 5 year old who is clearly struggling and in distress.
