Just received my DC’s Year 2 ‘term
homework sheet’ - a grid of about 8 things divided by topics e.g. maths is ‘practice 2 x table’, art is ‘draw a picture from your favourite book’ etc etc.
On to the geopraphy square - ‘watch Go Jetters and write down a fact’
I’m sure I’ll get flamed here but is this right? For 7 year olds? For the whole 7 weeks of term, their Geo homework is to watch an episode of Go Jetters?!
I’m not going to cause a stink at the school and no I’m not THAT parent. Suffice to say, we’ve gone the homework this morning over a bowl of cereal, job done.
