Is Teddington nice place to live with family?

we are thinking of moving to Teddington from Barnes. I was wondering if St.Mary’s and st. Peter’s is a good school and also if the catchment area of the school is good place to live with family. It seems a bit far from the high street and the station. Is it quite inconvenient to live around the area? Please see attached. This is area I am talking about. Thank you all

Hello - did you decide to move? What is making you want to move from Barnes (we are thinking of moving into Barnes) but the houses are perhaps just too small for what we can afford. Which school did you use in Barnes? Any knowledge of Barnes Primary or St Osmunds would be incredible! Thanks
