Police recording

Surely the Home Office need to enforce continual police camera recording and police camera recording transparency when issues are raised. Policing standards and public trust will only improve when police start being held fully accountable for any dodgy behaviour. There shouldn’t be the option to turn a camera off (except for loo visits). Also allegations and complaints should be outsourced to an independent panel.
