I like the look of CG’s routines for resistance exercise. I wondered about peoples experiences? Also what equipment to purchase? Suggested barbell weights?

She uses dumbbells. I'd suggest starting with 3-5kg, depending on your current fitness. Plus a mat, a resistance band and a yoga block.

Good idea to work on your abs and core first - it'll make her workouts considerably easier and reduce the risk of injury.

Always watch her introductory explanations and familiarize yourself with the workout.
