Changing jobs nerves

After the last few years working in a really stressful roleI I recently got a new job. At the time of applying I was highly stressed and it felt like a great way out into a role with similar pay but a lot less stress (atleast I hope).
Since the job offer though I have been really questioning myself. My current employers are good with things like flexible working. I'm really concerned about losing those kind of benefits especially as it helps so much with childcare.
Is this just standard new job nerves? DH thinks I would be mad not to take the new role as he has seen the level of stress I have been put with my current role.

Does the new job offer much flexibility? Is this something you can get clarification on before you accept/start the job?

I suppose it’s also worth weighing up salary, commuting time, opportunity for progression etc compared to your current job.

Thanks they have said it's hybrid I was abit concerned to ask in the interview but will check now I have had the offer.
In terms of salary it's more or less the same, career prospects there is some career progression although it's a different route than I have ever thought about.
It's so strange as literally two weeks ago I was convinced I needed this job and couldn't cope another few weeks in my current role. I'm clearly not great at change.
