Is abusive with e-on next . They keep sending me threats to ad 10.00 late fee to my june bill which I paid in June. Uts now September and they still kero doing it even though they confirmed I paid. They are now telling me to theycwill add 20.00 of I don't pay.
I have a smart meter so around 5 days ago I done a reading it said 100 . So I paid that. I then get someone from e-on next calling talking 100 miles an hour. Telling me that I owe 9.90 and I must make a promise to pay of I don't they will charge me 10.00 late fee. I can only guess that the 9.90 came because e-on next done their own reading a day or so after I done my own. I had mitceven had the actual bill.
I normally do my own reading once a week. Then I pay what it says so I don't get a big bill at the end of the month.
I'm just wondering if others have had simlar problems?
Also why do they talk at you.. at 100mikes an hour
