Hi all fellow mums!
My baby is nearly 10 months old... She's very alert, loves playing with toys, giggling and attempting to speak. However, we are concerned she is delayed in the 'motor skills' department. She still cannot sit without support! She will lean forward if I put toys in front of her but as soon as she realises she's doing it, she flops back. She also seems no where near being able to crawl... She was neaely 3 weeks early and is dairy free due to an allergy so I'm not sure whether these may be contributing factors. I contacted my health visitor, who visited us and said she was not concerned, as she's so alert but put me in touch with a nurse who will be trying physio with us, so that's a positive. I'm just terribly worried. I'd love for her to be enjoying activities more and for her to not just be on her back everytime she's on her play mat or at nusery. I've tried everything and am consistently trying every day but sadly, it feels we're never going to get there. :( Has everyone had any simular experiences? She's my first baby.
