We had spray , it worked and we haven’t had any since that was 3 years ago.

Rentokil. They are still here though, albeit in less damaging numbers. I think you have to stay on top of it.

We had it and may have to again. We did Spray. The smoke thing ( if it is what I am thinking of ) you have to take all delicate things out of the house - pictures , pets , yourself .

I think It was Rentokil and he said - you may at some point have to have this again because the little blighters can get in from anywhere . I think we have reached "this point"
Lakeland , Ocado Amazon sell moth spray for carpets and cloths - might be worth a go.

Clothes not cloths - sorry

We had this. It wasn't rentokil, it was a specialist moth control company. Had to leave the house for a night I think but then was fine to be back with the dog etc and didn't have to wash bedding or anything or remove delicates. Literally left, they did it and was back next day. Totally worth it, it sorted a big problem that I'd thrown a lot of money uselessly at, with small ineffective solutions. Moths haven't been back. Also came with a guarantee they'd come back and re spray if necessary within a year.

This sounds amazing! Could you share the name of the company?

Proton Moth Control. Possibly just london based. It wasn't cheap but definitely worth it!
