Does anyone else have a poor sense of proprioception/knowing where their body is?

I should have asked this on my other autism related post but I just thought of it.

Does anyone else struggle with knowing where their body is in relation to the space around them and how they are positioned?

Apologies if I'm explaining it terribly but I have autism and dyspraxia and have such a poor sense of this. It makes life so difficult. If someone walks too closely to me then it throws my balance off and it takes me a minute to right myself and figure out where my limbs are and how to move them again.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes! I think it might be linked to my ADHD (I've finally been diagnosed! Yay!).
It's not as severe as what you're describing, but I do bump into so many things and I'm full of bruises as a result.

Also find other small things hard, like clipping and unclipping a necklace, etc.

Yes, it's common with Dyspraxia.

I don't have it but know a bit about it through work. It's one of those things most people don't even know about. I'd never heard of it but once I did it was amazing and I became much more aware of how my body feeds back to my brain. I do gave monocular vision which can make it hard for me to judge the distance between my feet and say a kerb.
