Can a sensitive wisdom tooth with a small cavity caus pain to neighbouring teeth

Indirectly, yes, if it impedes your ability to keep it clean leading to local gum inflammation or decay.

Should also mention dental pain is often poorly referred; so a trouble-making tooth may be different to the one which is painful at a given moment in your mouth.

@catlovingdoctor Thank you! Yes I was told there’s Inflamation to the tooth in front as it upper it’s hard to clean. I was told it needs to come out. My gums are also inflamed x are you are dentist op?
