Collect letters from RM Delivery Office

I have not been getting any letters for over 10 days now. I am really concerned what is going on with RM or if someone has set redirect mail up under our names without our knowledge.
Anyway I am thinking to go to RM if I could collect letters. Is it possible for me to collect under my husband name letters as well ? ( We are not same surname..)

We are having the same issue here. Maybe getting post once a week. I've collected and taken both mine and my husband's driving licence and they gave me his no problem.
