Is anyone with RBS?

Wondering with the last day falling on a Sunday this month whether our wages will go into the bank on the Friday or Sunday…

DH thinks Friday but I seem to remember them changing their policy to now pay out on a Monday in the event that payday is weekday.

Not normally an issue but it’s been an expensive month this month, we have family arriving and it’s one of our DD’s birthday so would be good to know.

I'm RBS and always paid slightly earlier than colleagues of different banks of this happens. Id say you'd get paid midnight Friday night on the top over to Saturday.

If you get paid on last day of the month it should go in on the Friday this month. I think if you got paid on the Monday you would be paid later than your contract.

I'm RBS. It used to be if pay day fell on a Monday, wages were in my account on the Saturday before. They stopped this several years ago, so if pay day is Monday, your wages are now in your on the Monday

much of it is down to whoever is paying you, not the bank itself - so employers will be set up to pay on the friday before a weekend if the end of the month is at the weekend. I get a occ pension and that is paid into RBS on the 1st of the month OR the Friday before if the first is saturday or sunday

The last day of the month is actually Saturday
