I've got a load of books to get rid of and I mean a load. I went on the website but couldn't find out how the stuff is collected. Anyone used it?

I boxed up the books and the collection was arranged by ziffit. I think it was dpd in the end.
Was paid within the week

You download the app and scan the barcode. They won’t take all books - some of the popular ones you’ll just need to take to the charity shop. Box it up, you can use any box that you have at home. They usually have a weight limit if you sell loads of books but usually the option to do multiple boxes. It’ll then give you options on whether you want it picked up or if you want to drop it off. I’ve dropped them off at in-post lockers. If you want a credit note for one of their affiliated partners it’s processed quicker, otherwise in your bank in 1-2 weeks, it just depends on how long it takes for them to look through what you’ve sent. You’ll get marked down in price for any showing water damage.

You get peanuts. I think it’s better to drop them off at a charity shop. I didn’t use them in the end as I’d get £10 for a huge stack in vgc and I’d still be left with perfectly good books they wouldn’t accept, so needed to drop them off at a charity shop.
