Recently I have had several people tell me I have lost some weight.

I have had 2 children and never really gained weight with pregnancy's etc

Before having children (quite a few years before) I weighed 12 stone and went down to around 9 1/2 -10 stone before i got married. I stayed at this weight for years- i regularly went to the gym and ate pretty healthy most of the time, would have treats / takeaways and I wasn't to strict

i was on the pill during these times so not sure if that has an impact

since May i have been on a range of different medications for a injured back and i now weight just under 9 stone .

I have not tried to lost weight, and I would say i'm eating the same (defiantly not under the recommend calories)if anything i would think i am eating over the recommended calories but I don't track to be honest.

i don't do to the gym but I try to exercise, although i have not being doing as much due to my injured back (been doing Pilates etc)

should i be worried? I feel fine in myself apart from that , im happy with my weight now but I am just wondering if I should be worried about the weight loss?

I am 5ft6 for reference (BMI is not under)

Which painkillers? I remember injuring my back, took painkillers ( duclofenic? Is that a word) for 9-10 months and my appetite just went. I went down to 7 stone. Just my experience, I’m not a medic.
