Anyone know about iPads?

I need to return an iPad to Amazon that won’t turn on anymore or charge, it’s still under warranty but it’s obviously got my stuff on there and my account but I can’t reset it as it won’t turn on. What’s best to do in this situation any ideas? Thanks

It was refurbished sorry should have clarified it was bought on Amazon and isn’t new.

Could you sign in to your Apple ID from a different device and remove this iPad as a device?

Do you have iTunes on a pc? You might be able to do it that way. Attached screenshot.

You might also be able to wipe it by signing into your Apple ID account in a browser it the app and on the find my feature there's an option to erase the phones data.
