What’s it like living in Guernsey?

Chatting to a colleague earlier from guernsey. He said so many lovely things about it it’s made me want to live there

what’s it like?

Housing is very expensive, and smaller properties are reserved for locals and key workers (local market housing).

It’s very small, the cost of living is higher than the UK. If you are a doctor/nurse etc you would probably get a good job either that or the finance industry, to earn enough money to live. The houses are seriously expensive, apart from the local market ones.
