Wasps! Help!

My neighbour has a HUGE tree in the garden which has hundred of wasps swooshing about. Unfortunately, the house is rented and the owners are not going to cough up for someone to come and get rid of the nest. Is there anything I can do? Just after some advice. The wasps are driving my dogs mad and I'm worried they will get stung in the back garden. Any help, or experience of what to do would be really appreciated!

They're dying off now as it's the end of the season. They leave the nest and go their own way and then die. Can you keep your dogs in until they disperse? I feed any wasps in my garden and that keeps them happy. They seem okay with the liquid on the top of jam.

Thanks for this. So, I will just leave them to die off. ☺️

It’s only another couple of weeks before the cold will get them and they die. Pp have given good advice. We need wasps in the world I say that as someone who has a wasps nest right next to my bathroom window since April - we have an unspoken truce, I leave them alone and they leave me alone.
