Can anyone recommend a budget hotel at Heathrow T5

I've just been cancelled off am EasyJet flight & need to stay at a Heathrow hotel overnight.

Will fly from T5 early tomorrow am.

Can anyone recommend a hotel at T5?

My brain is fried & I cannot work out from the app which hotels are nearest.

You need to call them and tell them to book you into the hotel. I did in July when they canceled our flight. Getting through is tough though. I presume their customer services line is still open. Good luck!

Heathrow site is huge & have early morning flight so want to be close up T5

If they're going to pay, does the cost matter? Just pick whichever is easiest for you.

I'd just go with Premier Inn, there'll be a bus to the terminal.

Sofitel is the only hotel in T5. Have they said they will refund? If so just go for the Sofitel

Airport staff won't do the booking, you have to call their customer services. You can also go on booking.com but honestly it would persevere with customer services line if it is still active. They will also provide a dinner allowance (£20 per person as far as I remember)

OP is expected to pay upfront and be refunded, not immediately, so yes, it may well matter.

Premier Inn if it's open, the bus is really easy.

The app has crashed & I can't find a number to call.

Am on express bus from Gatwick & arriving shortly.

Do the hotels have shuttle buses?

The Hilton Garden inn at T2/3 appears to have rooms and is a short tube trip to T5.

There is the Heathrow Hoppa which is a shuttle which goes around all the hotels.

The Thistle has pod shuttles - they’re £7.

You will be arriving o to the bus station which isn't T5 anyway. You can take a service bus form there to bath road and there are loads of hotels to choose from. It will cost £1.75

T2- you can walk to it from central bus station and take tube/heathrow express in am to T5
there is also the aerohotel next to T3 arrivals
