Anyone disappointed after buying Valentte?

I bought a load of reed diffusers after a thread on here said how wonderful they are and they literally smell of nothing. The boxes are pretty and all the marketing stuff sounds great, but they don’t actually smell of anything at all. When you get your nose right up in the bottle it’s nice, but there is no scent in the room at all - I followed the instructions and they’re only in small spaces, with two the same in the lounge, but even with the door closed you wouldn’t know it’s there!

did anyone else buy from Valentte after that thread?

I agree. I bought a set and what little they smelt of was the same for all three. The reed diffusers I have from Aldi are much better. A light, but lasting fragrance. I’ve unsubscribed from Valentte and won’t waste any more money.

I'll look at the Aldi ones, thank you. I'm thinking someone from Valentte started that thread then! I literally spent £80 on them, thinking they'd be a lovely treat, and it's a big fat waste!!

Can you send them back? Say you're not happy?

I've never ordered their reed diffusers, but have the neroli perfume spray and one of the pulse oils. They are very nice, but don't last hugely long (and I always end up tasting the perfume after spraying it, which isn't very pleasant, and have never had with any other scent).

I have a candle that I've not lit yet as the scent doesn't hugely appeal, but that may be unfair of me.

Everything I have had from them has had quite a samey nice-spa smell in common, even though they are quite different scents.

I'm glad I bought them on offer as I'd be very disappointed if I paid full price (but I am a bit of a cheap skate so take that with a slight pinch of salt).
