So I’ll be 40, 11 weeks tomorrow. I need to lose weight so am aiming for 11lb which will take me half way to where I want to be.
Id like to improve my skin so any tips for that and change my hair. It’s currently boob length but really dry and unhealthy looking. I like it long as I plait it often for work but equally have had it short in the past and liked it.
I just want to be a better looking, healthier version of myself when I hit 40.
Any ideas or tips welcome!
