Does everyone use a case or do they prefer their phone "naked"?

I love to get different phone cases

Case and screen protector. I’ve had cracks in screen protectors several times but I’ve never cracked my actual phone screen, so it’s been well worth it.

Case and screen protector at all times. I’ve had to replace a few when I’ve dropped my phone, but rather that than replacing the actual phone!

Same as above. Much better to damage the case and screen protector than your actual phone. I also find the case handy to slip my house key in when I go out for a run.

I do like a naked phone but go for the best shock absorbing cases I can buy.

Most people get those bumper surround things, don't they, not actual cases.

I have screen protector and case but prefer feel without and as I'm going to upgrade my old iPhone I'm going to try "naked" for a bit

Case and screen protector after I dropped my 'naked' brand new iPhone on a service station floor and fucked it. Lesson learnt.

Case around the sides and back with glass screen protector.

I have a wallet wrap around case at the moment but I have ordered a new iPhone so will use an Apple bumper case with that, I will probably buy a wallet case when there are a few reviews about them as they are too new at the moment. I usually have a couple of different styles for different uses

Definitely case, got away without screen protector so far, but forgot I left my phone on the car roof while loading shopping the other day, phone slide off and hits the dual carriageway at about 50 mph (!!) and still survived with this case on.

Will never leave it on top of the car again…

You are very brave OP going naked. JL has the new iPhone cases at 20% off, there is a clear one that I have ordered so you can still see the phone, I also ordered a couple of others to see which one I like best

A good screen protector and a clear case so the colour can be seen. Consistently works for me and my phones last a long time (android).

Other family members have iphones and even with screen protection they are weak. Without a case they would be in smithareens.

I would prefer to go without the case but phones are not robust enough.

Case and protector as soon as I get it.

I upgraded after about 8 years and promptly dropped the phone face down on a walk and smashed the screen in the first week.

Good grief can't imagine not having a good hardy cover, I'm so clumsy.

I like the Monasay leather cases.

I always always always have a case. I would cry spending the £200 + on a screen replacement and iPhones are built to crack ( although I have a samsung).

I really recommend Otterbox cases to anyone on this thread. I think they're honestly the best on the market.

Maybe not the nicest but definitely the most protective.

Heavy duty phone case (otterbox), it’s not pretty but I’m a farmer, my poor phone didn’t ask for this tough life 🤣

Those of you with clear cases, don't they go yellowy after a while? If not, what brand are they, please?

@BigSwigs I had my windows open as it was a really hot day. Heard it sliding off the roof and then clatter behind me as it bounced off the tailgate and saw it land onto the road. Took a second to figure out what it was then I remembered leaving it on the roof! Managed to pull over about 100 meters later in a lay by after screaming every single swear word I knew, sprinted back down the verge, phone had luckily landed in the middle of the lane so the traffic was passing over it unscathed, waited for a pause in traffic then grabbed it! Couldn’t believe my luck as it was unmarked, although the case was quite scratched. The iPhone gods were smiling on me that day
