What is this rash?

Currently on holiday in greece and have come out in this rash. Heat rash ? Prickly heat or bed bugs ?

I found prickly heat incredibly itchy. Have you got some antihistamines ?

Looks like the prickly heat I had. I seem to remember that it can be caused by your sun cream blocking pores, so you can get one that’s less likely to do it.

no antihistamines but coming home tomorrow. It’s quite itchy and I do have sensitive skin

I found keeping it cool helped, so a cold flannel or in the pool/sea
