Just seen large blood pod : thing up my nose. Feeling sick and faint at the sight of it.

All alone. Can I get a hand hold please. Know I’m a bit pathetic

Sounds like a nasal polyp. Harmless, and nothing to worry about, but sometimes they can interfere with breathing through your nose so if it is bothering you see a GP and it can easily be removed.

I sneezed one out once!

It could also be Rhinitis. It can be a bit scary seeing something like that - go to your GP if it doesn't reduce.

Could also be normal turbinate a part of your normal structure

Thanks all for replying, it looks like a sack of blood. Hasn’t burst yet - mildly terrified for when it does

If you can't get a GP appt could you ask to see a nurse. Or even try your pharmacist if they're good. Our GP surgery has signs saying that the pharmacist can help with a variety of things.
