I know there have been other threads like this over the years but just wanted to highlight that hedgehogs need to put on weight to survive hibernation. This is a great time of year to help them.
If you can put out a bowl of cat biscuits and some water in either a hedgehog feeding box or sheltered place then you might save one of these beautiful endangered creatures.
I am currently watching my nightly visitors feed out of the sitting room window. I love it!
