I’m buying an Apple Watch tomorrow and it’s costing me £250. I want to “earn” the expenditure and be accountable.
I know the watch should track my exercise and sleep every day, but I would like to record 250 days worth of change in behaviours - this will help me with motivation.
I know I could write it on a piece of paper, but is there an app that would let me record this, and then see a daily, weekly and monthly graph of behaviours?
In my mind’s eye I am hoping to see, for example, day one, walked 5000 steps and slept six hours, and then hopefully chart an improvement in both, along with other exercise.
