Wembley Stadium - stupid question - are there seats where you can comfortably watch the artist or is it mostly screens?

Hi,

I’ve looked on “view from my seat” and the Wembley stadium website and done a lot of googling but it’s really hard to tell if due to the size of the pitch you mostly watch concerts from the screen rather than watching them.

I’m trying to get TS tickets after not getting a code and they’re like gold dust and just want to see if I can relax about not getting as close tickets if I would be watching from a screen close up anyway!

thanks:)

It's a football stadium that holds 90k people. At best you will see the artist ok but you will have that distance from your seat to the stage or stage extension. Watch something on you tube taken at a distance. But yes imo you will spend your evening on screentime

Thanks - can I ask what seats you’ve been in before? I have watched YouTube videos to take a look but it’s difficult to tell camera vs reality so was hoping for some advice from someone who’s been.

I've been, guess it depends on where the stage is but when I was there it was in front of one end (which was closed). So either side close to the stage the view is probably decent enough, but anywhere else it's mainly on-screen I'm afraid. Can be a great atmosphere though.

That’s really useful - thanks!

There's viewfrommyseat that we used and wembley has its own one on their website.

Realistically i think being there for atmosphere and screens for seeing them unless v close

She moves around a long stage quite a bit and a lot of her on screen show which is a big part of this tour would be missed in the 141/126 side stage seats preferred for other artists so think I will worry less about how close the seats are.

This is Blur, from about a third of the way back on the side 3 rows from the front. Pitch was all standing.

Unless you are standing at the front, it's mostly teeny tiny people on stage realistically ;-)

Thanks!! Really useful again - I had checked the view from my seat website but a lot of the photos are quite zoomed in whereas this looks more realistic and as I expected so much appreciated.

The best seats I ever had were the Bobby Moore ones. I think I was very lucky to get them as they are normally ££££.

TS resale is coming up between 400-850 with very very rare £100 seats so I’d dread to think what the hospitality seats are like on resale!
