Euro car park refund!

I parked in the Euro car park in High Wycombe. Spent 2 hours shopping then went to pay, its a pay when you leave car park. However the machine didnt recognise my car reg and the option was to pay for 24 hours parking or for upto 5 days!

I paid the minimum amount....£40 for 2r hours, have emailed Eurocar park with receipt and photos.

How likely is it that I will get my money back? Im so annoyed with them. Bloody expensive shopping trip!

Was there not a button to press for a car park attendant to come over?

No button and no phone number. A few security guards were there but they didnt want to get involved.

Some people's car registrations WERE being recognised and were able to pay the correct amount but there were at least 6 disgruntled people like myself who couldn't.

Apparently, it happened yesterday too!

I would think almost nil, sadly.

Car park charges are the only 'war on the motorist' in reality.

I got an email saying they will refund. Fingers crossed!
