I've a physio appointment booked for next week, but just wondered what people here know while I'm waiting.
I type a lot in my job and recently that has intensified.
Since last Weds I've had pain in the little finger side of my left wrist which means it's now painful to type the letter a, as well as the left-hand Shift key and Caps Lock. I'm trying to rest it, and I'm wearing a wrist support. Just got an ergonomic keyboard in the post, and I'm on the Ibuprofen.
Feel frustrated as it's an oddly specific injury. I don't understand why all of my typing isn't affected. Just on that side of the keyboard.
Anyone else had this type of experience?
