Families don't all have their own places at the dinner table-some people just sit anywhere. I am dumbstruck!

Never thought about this before reading your post but we have a kitchen table and dining table, dining table used a lot less often. We all have our own seats in kitchen every single meal, but not on the dining table!

Growing up we had our seat at the table, our own bedroom, our own side of the car and our own end of the bath.
Nowadays If I sit at a table it's where I park my arse, I have a single bed, don't use a bath and don't drive, but I do have my own towel.

We always sit in the same places for dinner and on the sofa, the kids also still sit in the same seats if they sit in the back of the car and they are 17 and 15 lol. We sleep on a specific side of the bed also.

Haha yes we do but one of my kids is autistic so a creature of habit. We have the same seats at home and at my mum’s for eating. Same seats in the car. Same seats on the sofa and on my mum’s sofa. All hell kicks off if someone decides to try a different spot in any of those places.

Where do they eat?

We have a dinning table but most of the time it’s covered in crap and we just eat on the couch.

Yes we have our own seats at the table, on the sofa and I even have favourite car parking spaces in different car parks when I'm out shopping
