Is it advice you can follow? I really struggle with this advice I'd give to myself
Eat healthier. Get your 5 a day at least, cut out the sugar as it's making you feel unwell
Do some exercise every day. Even a 15 minute workout is better than not doing anything
Spend more time with the kids (teens). Why is everyone on their phones constantly?
Tidy up regularly. You hate the mess but then just let things slide.
I get annoyed with myself because it seems that most people are doing this yet it's a struggle for me.
