Supplements: which form of magnesium should I take?

I've just finished off a bottle of magnesium oxide - would I be better off having magnesium glycinate.

I'm 52, probably menopausal, and decided to take magnesium to help with ache, anxiety and all the other wonderful claims the marketing has - but I think glycinate is the form to take?

Thoughts oh wise ones?

Yes, glycinate. Or L-Threonate if you have brain fog.
