Birthday lunch in London - need restaurant suggestions

Hi all, it's my birthday in a couple of months. It will be on a Sunday and I fancy going out for lunch. We live in East London so could do East or Central. Adults only, mid price rather than too fancy. Open to all cuisines, just want really good food. Thanks!

Bocca di Lupo in Soho is one of my favourite places. Depends on how you define mid-price, but they are really friendly.

I’ve heard mixed reviews on brasserie zedel since they were taken over by new management, which is a shame.

Sushi samba is fab although always ends up being quite expensive when I’ve been. Maybe we’re just a greedy lot 😂
