Best dna ancestry service?

I’m thinking of buying a DNA ancestry analysis as a gift for a relative, has anyone done one and thought it was good? Which company did you use? Thank you 🙏🏻

I used Ancestry. You can also upload the results to other sites, like My Heritage.

Ancestry is good and very popular. 23 and me has lots more analysis in terms of health and traits but is a lot more popular in America so not as good for tracing family.

Ancestry is the best for genealogy.
But think seriously whether a dna test is a good idea.
No harm was done when my dad did his and we found out his grandfather was someone else, everyone who would be upset had died.
I've heard of gifts like this for people who then find themselves unable to get answers when their dna turns up something unexpected.
