Angular cheilitis

Does anyone else have these splits constantly?
I've got a new one in the corner of my mouth for the last few days and it's really irritating.
I have a dental appointment on Monday and could do with any magic cures or advice anyone has please 🙏🏻

Take a tablet for thrush and up your B12 intake.

I eventually saw my gp who prescribed an anti fungal/mild steroid cream, it vanished within a couple of applications and never returned.

I've used corsodyl mouthwash and I dab a little on the corners of my lips and it seems to do the trick.
