Leaking when coughing

I've got a really bad cough/cold at the moment, which is annoying enough, but is also coupled with me leaking every time I cough violently.
I do pelvic floors, but it still happens. I'm wearing a pad, as it's very embarrassing.
Has anyone got any other recommendations to help, please ? Or at least let me know I'm not alone....

I was quite unwell for 2 days, and lost my sense of smell for a couple of weeks, but wetting yourself is just so degrading. It will pass.

Definitely not alone!

I was there. I bought a cheap Casio watch from Ebay that beeps every hour. It was about six quid and I shoved it down my bra. Each time it beeps I do a few PF's and the difference after a month was amazing.

I have full continence and can piss a teaspoon at a time if I want to test my £7.00 purchase.

First - you will beep but no-one knows it was you and wonders if they are going mad.

Second - the Pavlov reflex makes you do PFs whenever you hear a beep so going through the checkout at Sainsbo's is ...interesting. : )

I might do it every time I wash my hands!
